Hardly any changes, but I've pushed this release as I've upgraded both the standard and dev server to SA:MP version 0.3.DL

Recent Updates:
Made vehicle flip key "Y". Pressing "2" now only fixes the vehicle.
Fixed bug of owner not returning to NULL after selling vehicle/property.

I've been very inactive and don't really remember the last time when I was playing on XPS. I'll try to pay a visit in some months.
