Teleport Tweaks

• Removed misc (none mapped) teleports from the /teleport list & /telmenu to make it less cluttered.
• These teleports are still accessible as normal from commands but are now listed under /teleports2.

Fixed a bug where the message saying a lap had been beaten displayed after the file had already been overwritten.
Fixed modded vehicles not spawning correctly with the modded parts. (Finally!)
Added 4 more /races!

Coming Soon in v5.9
More purchasable vehicles.
More /races.
